Mr. Gail is a 25-year veteran of the global automotive industry having served in a variety of executive and senior leadership roles within a vast array of management and investment groups.

Mr. Gail has extensive experience developing new business operations as well as enhancing the performance of mature organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Korea and Japan.

Dale Pollak

Founder, vAuto

Dale Pollak's career in the automotive industry spans more than two decades. As a dealer, technology entrepreneur and best-selling author, he has helped many successful automotive dealers in North America make dramatic improvements in their used vehicle operations.

Dale pioneered the Velocity Method of Inventory Management™. It maximizes a dealer’s used vehicle profitability through the use of market metrics. Dale, who could not physically observe his used cars, crafted this approach as a Cadillac dealer in Chicago.

With this approach, Dale founded vAuto, Inc., in 2005. In late 2010, Cox Automotive acquired vAuto. Dale now guides strategic product development/integration for vAuto and other Cox Automotive companies.

Dale holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University, a law degree from DePaul University's College of Law, and is a four-time winner of the American Jurisprudence Award. In addition, Dale received the 2010 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and in 2011, was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. In 2014, Dale was named as Poling Chair at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Shane Dolinski

Director of Training and Development, Garcia Auto Group

Shane Dolinski is the Director of Training and Development for Garcia Auto Group in New Mexico and hires around 100 employees a year. He has been in sales his entire life including the last 18 years with Garcia.

Jamaal McCoy

General Manager, Findlay Chevrolet

Jamaal Mccoy is the General Manager for Findlay Chevrolet in Las Vegas, a Time Magazine Dealership of the Year and GM Dealer of the Year recipient. A former military "brat", he has great respect for the US Military and their families. He is married with a daughter, and a former Arena Football player.

Adam Robinson

Co-Founder and CEO, Hireology

Adam Robinson is the co-founder and CEO of Hireology (, where he's on mission to help business owners make better hiring decisions using data and process. He is a noted recruiting industry expert, speaker and author with over 20 years of experience in the field of hiring and selection management. Previously, Adam was the founder and CEO of Illuma, a provider of high-volume recruitment outsourcing programs, and the creator of the Ionix Hiring System, a full suite of interview and assessment tools.

Adam is passionate about entrepreneurship, donating time to a number of organizations that support the entrepreneurial cause. Through multiple leadership roles at Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), he has helped to develop and launch global programs that teaches core business skills to early-stage entrepreneurs.

In 2015, Robinson was added to the Chicago Tribune's Blue Network, a listing of Chicago's most influential entrepreneurs and innovators, for his work with Hireology and named a "Top 25 HR Industry Game Changer Under 40" by Workforce magazine. Hireology was named a Crain's Best Places to Work for both Millennials and GenX in 2015, and has been named "#1 Talent Management Platform" in 2013, 2014, and 2015 by Human Resources Online magazine. Adam has a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and received his MBA from DePaul University. He lives in Chicago's Rogers Park community with his wife and three sons.
