Alan Stachura is Senior Manager of Government Relations. He is a key liaison for CT Corporation vis-à-vis the State governments of all 50 states, including Delaware. Among his many projects at CT, Alan has developed a new training curriculum to help educate customers on the process of incorporating in Delaware. Alan majored in Psychology and Business at the University of Delaware.

Based in CT Corporation’s Chicago office, Daniel W. Lias is the Transactional Business Consultant working primarily with law firms on due diligence searches and filings. Dan leverages his market knowledge to assist firms in developing search strategies for their specific needs, and has extensive experience with UCC-related issues. In addition to receiving his J.D. from the University of South Dakota, Dan is a member of the South Dakota State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
