Scott has significant tax experience in tax compliance and planning, ASC740 and FIN 48, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, deal structuring, and tax department transformation.

Vincent Ceccacci

Vince is a tax Partner in KPMG’s Research Credit Services (RCS) practice focusing on software related claims. He has more than 14 years of experience serving both private and publicly traded companies. Vince received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia, J.D. from the University of Michigan, and L.L.M. in taxation from the New York School of Law. Vince works extensively with the Section 41 R&D Tax Credit, as well as tax accounting methods and other credits and incentives. Vince is a licensed attorney in California, the District of Columbia and Illinois.
