Peter Corless is the executive vice president of Enterprise Development of OnShift, a leader in human capital management software for post‐acute care and senior living. Corless is also the immediate past associate business member president of the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living Board of Governors, where he served for four years. He currently serves on the workforce committee. Corless is a recognized HR leader in post-acute care and is well known for his achievements at some of the largest post-acute care organizations, including Kindred Healthcare and Genesis HealthCare. As an experienced, international chief administrative and human resources officer, he developed strategies that reduced turnover, improved recruiting and hiring and reduced labor costs. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and his MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.

Kimberley Barber, LPN, is a healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience. She has been part of the Legacy Health Services team for more than 16 years. Her professional tenure includes direct care, restorative nursing, staff development, scheduling and staff education. Kim demonstrates a servant leadership mentality that has contributed to her recruitment and retention successes. In her current role, Kim is the nurse manager for the Legacy Health Services Travel Team. The team consists of over 200 RNs, LPNs and State Tested Nursing Assistant who provide mobile coverage at all 10 of Legacy Health Services' skilled nursing facilities.
