 Tom Shortt Chief Executive Officer Vroom Tom Shortt has served as Vroom’s Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since May 2022. Prior to entering this role, he was Vroom's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Vroom, Mr. Shortt most recently served as Senior Vice President at Walmart, where he developed a comprehensive ecommerce supply chain strategy and led improvements through advanced analytics, processes, and systems. Prior to joining Walmart, Mr. Shortt held senior leadership roles overseeing supply chain, fulfillment and logistics, with an emphasis on change management and business transformation, at Home Depot, ACCO Brands, Unisource, Fisher Scientific and Office Depot.
 Bob Krakowiak Chief Financial Officer Vroom Bob Krakowiak serves as our Chief Financial Officer and joined Vroom in September 2021. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Stoneridge Corporation for more than five years. Prior to his time at Stoneridge, he held diverse roles in finance and investor relations at Visteon Corporation and Owens Corning.
 Rachel Mahoney Chief Marketing Officer Vroom Rachel Mahoney was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2022. Prior to being named Vroom’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mrs. Mahoney spent four years leading Vroom’s brand and national marketing efforts. She previously served as Vice President, Brand at Priceline for more than six years. Prior to her time at Priceline, she spent a decade in account management roles in ad agencies leading clients like Wendy’s, TJX and XM Radio.
 Ravi Gandhi Co-President & Chief Financial Officer United Auto Credit Corporation Ravi Gandhi has served as United Auto Credit Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2009. From August 2008 to September 2009, he served as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Credit and Risk Officer.
His most valuable experience lies in obtaining and securing access to capital. Ravi has more than 15 years of experience in the auto finance industry working for Financial Security Assurance (FSA) and now United Auto Credit.
