We will articulate where we will play, how we will win in the market, and the building blocks that will get us there, along with our growth algorithm. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

Speakers
 Wendy Davidson President and Chief Executive Officer Hain Celestial Wendy Davidson has been Hain Celestial Group’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Board Director since January 2023. Prior to joining the Company, she served as President-Americas for the Performance Nutrition division of Glanbia plc, an Ireland-based global nutrition company, from November 2020 to November 2022. Prior to joining Glanbia, Ms. Davidson served as President of Away From Home at Kellogg Company, a global manufacturer and marketer of cereal, snacks and convenience foods, from 2013 to October 2020.
From 2010 to 2013, she served in various senior roles at McCormick & Company, Inc., including as Vice President, Custom Flavor Solutions, U.S. & Latin America, and from 1993 to 2009 she held a variety of executive positions at Tyson Foods, Inc., including Senior Vice President and General Manager – Global McDonald’s Business Unit and Group Vice President – Foodservice Group, culminating in her service as Senior Vice President and General Manager – Prepared Foods.
Ms. Davidson serves on the boards of several industry associations and non-profit organizations, including the Consumer Brands Association, NextUp and the Luther College Board of Regents. Davidson is a graduate of Luther College with a B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology and completed Harvard Business School’s two-year executive program.
 Chris Bellairs Executive Vice President, Finance Hain Celestial Chris Bellairs joined Hain Celestial Group in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and is currently serving as Executive Vice President of Finance. Bellairs has deep industry experience and strong executive leadership in corporate finance, financial planning, commercial finance, strategy and operation.
Before joining Hain Celestial, Bellairs served as the Chief Financial Officer of Stone Brewing, a California-based craft brewery with nationwide and international distribution. Prior to Stone Brewing, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Dean Foods Company, recently acquired by the Dairy Farmers of America.
Bellairs received his Master of Business degree from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and has a Bachelor's degree from Notre Dame.
 Ari Labell President North America Hain Celestial Ari Labell has served as Chief Growth Officer of Hain Celestial Group since February 2023 where he is responsible for all sales, marketing and go-to-market strategy for the North America business.
Mr. Labell has a proven track record leading commercial strategy and customer development and collaboration with the nation’s top retailers.
He joined Hain Celestial in 2017 as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations and from there held senior leadership positions in sales and business development. Prior to Hain, he was Vice President of Sales at Safilo Group, the world’s second-largest designer, manufacturer and distributor of premium eyewear, where he led all commercial activities for the company’s U.S. business. He also spent 21 years at Unilever where he held multiple commercial roles of increasing responsibility across all categories and business units in the U.S.
Mr. Labell is a graduate of Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business logistics.
 Wolfgang Goldenitsch President International Hain Celestial Wolfgang Goldenitsch joined Hain Celestial Group in July 2015, and was named the Chief Executive Officer of Hain International in January 2019. Goldenitsch is a global executive with decades of experience across Europe within the consumer packaged goods industry.
He currently oversees Hain’s international brands, including several that lead in their respective categories.
Goldenitsch previously served as CEO of the Mona Group, a manufacturer of plant-based foods and beverages with facilities in Germany and Austria, which was acquired by Hain Celestial in July 2015.
Goldenitsch earned a doctorate in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Austria.
 Ken Thomas Chief Information Officer and Head of Business Services Hain Celestial Ken Thomas has served as Chief Information Officer of Hain Celestial Group since June 2020. In 2023, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Business Services to lead Hain’s global IT, Shared Services, and Enterprise Program Management Office.
Mr. Thomas has a strong track record of applying the technology that matters most for enabling growth and is a proven builder of high-performance global teams.
Prior to joining Hain, he spent 28 years with McCormick & Co. where he was named Chief Information Officer in 2014 and led the technology integration of company acquisitions domestically and internationally. In addition to his IT experience, Ken has a diverse background in Supply Chain Operations, Shared Services, Finance and Sales and Marketing functions.
Mr. Thomas studied Information Technology at York College of Pennsylvania and received his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University, Maryland. He is currently an Advisory Board Member for the University’s Information Systems and Operations Management. Thomas earned a Leadership Certification from The Wharton School in 2015.
 Steve Golliher Chief Supply Chain Officer Hain Celestial Steve Golliher has served as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Hain Celestial Group since May 2022.
In his role, Mr. Golliher oversees the company’s Supply Chain function, which includes cost-implementing cost-saving solutions, addressing supply chain challenges, and introducing lean operating principles to the supply chain infrastructure across Hain globally.
Prior to becoming Chief Supply Chain Officer, Mr. Golliher served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain from August 2021 to May 2022. Prior to joining Hain, Mr. Golliher worked at PepsiCo, Inc. for 35 years, most recently as Vice President of Supply Chain at Frito-Lay. There he led and championed transformational programs and business plans, leading multiple manufacturing facilities, plant warehouses, and distribution centers across multiple states and regions.
Steve earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University.
