Speakers
 Paul Leonard President Keller North America Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Memorial University. He also sits on the Keller Group Executive Committee. Paul is a highly experienced industry professional with a long tenure at Exxon, where he began his career as a project engineer before leading major projects and world-class engineering and operations teams. Paul joined Wood Group PLC in 2014 and held roles including President of Operations, responsible for all aspects of Wood’s Operations in the Americas. Most recently, Paul held the role of President of Transformation, where he was responsible for the transformation of Wood’s global Consulting Business.
 Rob Strobel CEO Lithko Contracting Rob grew up in southern Indiana and received his bachelor’s in management and economics from Earlham College. He then worked with a group that developed a multi-location sporting goods business. After that, Rob spent seven years at Deloitte, where he consulted businesses in manufacturing, distribution, retailing and construction. Toward the end of his Deloitte tenure, Lithko was his key client. In 2002, he joined Lithko’s Leadership Team and soon became President. Rob is married with three children, an Army Veteran and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he ran the Construction Industry Network (CIN) worldwide for three years.
 Thomas Tellefson Vice President, Construction McKinstry Thomas Tellefson leads major new construction for McKinstry with a focus on accelerating national data center delivery. Over the last 20 years, Thomas has directed a wide variety of state-of-the-art projects across a wide array of vertical and geographic markets. He excels at creative system selection and problem solving, as well as accurate, up-front budgeting to guarantee projects meet critical milestones.
