Kenley Kyle

VRF Sales Leader

Kenley joined Trane in 2018 where his primary responsibilities are to implement strategies to grow the pipeline of Variable Refrigerant Flow business in the Western US. He has extensive experience consulting with mechanical engineering firms, architects, and building owners about how to optimize their energy consumption in buildings with modern HVAC systems.

Prior to joining Trane he worked over 15 years as a sales engineer with one of the largest HVAC distributors in the country. He holds a BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. Kenley lives in Los Angeles, CA where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two school-aged children.

Charles Jelen

Applications Engineer

Charles Jelen is an Application Engineer based out of La Crosse, WI. He is primarily responsible for pre-sale support of Trane Systems and System Concepts.

Charles has been with Trane for 8 years and has held roles as TRACE 700 Product Manager, Centrifugal and Water-Cooled Product Support Engineer, and CDS (Customer Direct Service) Support Engineer.

Prior to joining Trane Charles worked as a sales engineer for a process automation company out of Minneapolis, MN.
