Dan Conery serves as the Capital Program Advisor at e-Builder. Throughout his 24+ year career, Dan has leveraged a unique blend of backgrounds from the architect, engineering & construction industry, project & program management, and software industry to position tech companies for growth.

He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at Newforma, Inc. He also served as VP of Construction and Owner Solutions at Newforma and key product roles at Oracle | Primavera.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rochester, a Master of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Tim Davis

Timothy is a construction industry veteran with over 15 years of experience working for Owners and General Contractors before joining Trimble in 2005. Tim has focused his career on helping people realize the benefits of adopting technologies to support construction.

Having spent a significant amount of time with contractors and owners on site, in the office and analyzing industry trends and best practices across the globe, Tim has a unique view into the future of our industry and will be sharing some of his insights during this session.

Scott Seltz

Engineering News-Record

Since 2015, Scott has been the Publisher of Engineering News-Record (ENR) where he leads the brand’s business operations, content direction, advertising sales, audience development, product innovation and brand licensing.

Prior to his role at ENR, Scott has enjoyed a 30 year career in business-to-business media and a record of accomplishments in positions ranging from sales management, publishing management and portfolio management at a variety of media companies that include Ziff-Davis Media, Gruner+Jahr, VNU, The Nielsen Company and, for the last five years, BNP Media LLC.

Scott also serves as Board of Director member with the ACE Mentor Program and the New York Building Congress.
