In this two-day interactive broadcast, we will profile the technology, ingredients and culinary science powering the next generation of meat- and dairy-free innovation. We will be asking how the sector can maintain momentum and truly take a bite out of conventional meat and dairy sales.

The broadcast will take place on the 3 to the 4 of December. Each day the session will run from 10:30am CET and will include interactive presentations, panel discussions and audience Q&As.
