Renee Bauschke, MA, PMP

Manager, Data Analytics, Quality, and Reporting

Renee Bauschke joined the ACGME in 2019 as the Manager, Data Analytics, Quality, and Reporting in the Department of Information Services. Prior to joining the ACGME, Renee was the Senior Director of Institutional Research and Decision Support at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science for nine years. Renee has extensive experience utilizing business intelligence tools for reporting and extraction of data to support end-user decision-making. Renee earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Florida and a Master of Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Hina Shah

Senior Director, Data Analytics, Quality, and Reporting

Hina Shah joined the ACGME in 2012. She has held several roles supporting data preparation, reconciliation, reporting, and analytic tasks required to meet business requirements. Prior to joining the ACGME, Hina was a Senior Product Consultant at Allstate Insurance for six years. Hina earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a concentration in statistics from Boston University.
