JBJS Webinar Registration

Now Available On Demand
Duration: 60 minutes

Join JBJS and a group of expert authors and commentators on Wednesday, March 5th, 2014, for an interactive webinar examining anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. We won’t solve all the controversies during this complimentary webinar, but we will gain a better understanding of this complex topic.

Two recently published articles — a CT study of ACL femoral tunnel placement with anatomic and nonanatomic techniques with an emphasis on tunnel length, and a paper from the MOON group comparing transtibial and independent femoral tunnel drilling — will allow participants to discuss and further debate these topics.

The primary author of each study will present the data and findings, and two additional experts on ACL reconstruction will comment on the studies and add perspectives based on other research, including their own. The four panelist experts will take live questions from the audience at the end of the webinar.

Organized and moderated by Mark D. Miller, MD, the webinar will focus on these articles:

  • Correlation Between Femoral Tunnel Length and Tunnel Position in ACL Reconstruction
  • Transtibial ACL Femoral Tunnel Preparation Increases Odds of Repeat Ipsilateral Knee Surgery
