Five Physical Security Measures Every Company Should Have

Does your organization have all the right security bases covered? You might think twice after attending this informative webinar.

Security starts at the physical level—as firewalls won't stop an intruder from gaining physical access to your business—so  you must secure your facility with both external and internal control areas. Locking the door to the server room is a good first step, but someone could break-in, or even worse someone with authorized access could misuse their authority.

Access control is a key part of any physical security practice, but only if it is leveraged correctly.  Join our security expert Steve Van Till, President and CEO of Brivo, and guest speaker/valued-Brivo customer Chad Thompson, CMO of LifeStyle Communities, to learn the most important measurements to take to improve physical security at your organization.

What you will learn during this session:

  • Five measurements to incorporate when creating a security strategy for access control
  • Best practices to track and monitor visitors by location
  • Learn how a fast-growing property management company uses a cloud-based access control mobile solution to save money and improve their overall residential experience.

You’ll leave this webinar with a proactive security strategy that takes advantage of cloud-based technology’s unique capabilities, and you will receive a complimentary eBrief: Six Questions to Ask When Choosing Your Physical Security Vendor.

Chad Thompson

Lifestyle Communities

Chad Thompson joined LC | Lifestyle Communities as its first Chief Marketing Officer in July 2015. Drawn to the organization’s purpose and visionary founder, he has a variety of responsibilities within the company. Most notably is his duty to help all LC team members understand the company’s purpose and their role in helping deliver it to residents and guests.

Chad has nearly 20 years of experience spanning IT, Corporate Strategy, Branding, Customer Experience and Marketing Planning. Since the beginning of his career, his greatest fulfillment occurs when an employee first experiences the power of delivering a brand’s promise to a customer. “Hearing about the power of that moment never ceases to excite me. I get chills every time an employee describes that moment in their own words.”

Beyond working with companies to define and deliver their brand promise, he approaches the responsibility of leadership with great care, attention, and passion. “I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I do my best to understand each team member’s motivations and aspirations, both inside and outside of the office. Understanding the needs of our customers is no different; we must be curious in all that we do and use that curiosity to inform the actions we take to meet the needs of customers (and employees) alike.”

Chad’s educational background includes an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Miami University. But what defines Chad the most is his devotion to his wife and three children.
