Dan Boss

Daniel E. Boss, PhD, is senior vice president, R&D of GAF. He is an accomplished engineer and executive adept at developing and launching commercially successful products, and has been with GAF since 2010. In his current role, Dan is responsible for all R&D for GAF, the largest roofing company in North America, including shingles, underlayments, TPO and PVC membranes, modified bitumen, roof coatings, liquid-applied roofing, polyiso insulation boards, adhesives, ventilation products, asphalt engineering, surfacing technology, process technology, and building science efforts. He has had the opportunity to work in a range of industries during his career, including defense, high-temperature materials, contract R&D, automotive, electronics, and building materials. Dan received his BS in ChE from the University of Southern California, his MS in MSE from UCLA, and his PhD in MSE from Northwestern University.

Jim Schnepper

Jim Schnepper is president of GAF, North America's leading residential and commercial roofing manufacturer. Jim has held a number of key leadership positions at GAF over his more than 20 years with the company. Most recently, Jim was president and CEO of Icopal, a Standard Industries company and Europe's largest manufacturer of pitched roofing and waterproofing solutions. Jim received his MBA from University of Notre Dame, his BA from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has received professional development training from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Randy Bargfrede

Randy Bargfrede is vice president, Logistics & Transportation of GAF, North America’s largest manufacturer of residential and commercial roofing products. Randy is responsible for supply chain planning and logistics, including warehousing and transportation. He has been a member of the GAF supply chain team for 13 years. Prior to joining GAF, Randy held supply chain positions for an additional 10 years. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University. Randy resides in Parsippany, NJ.

Paul Bromfield

Paul Bromfield is executive vice president, chief marketing officer of GAF, North America’s largest manufacturer of residential and commercial roofing products. Paul has been at GAF for six years and is responsible for product, channel, and customer marketing.
