Doug Adams has over thirty-five years of sales and management consulting experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and other industries. Before founding Prime in 1996 he held a variety of positions at Frito-Lay and Nielsen. The firm’s focus is making a measurable difference.
Prime has helped individual clients, including some of the largest Food, Beverage and Retail companies, with go-to-market strategies, retail analytics, pilot execution, category development, and sales training. For the Dairy industry, Prime regularly conducts industry-level studies and provides sales building analysis and support to individual companies.
Doug will be summarize the recently completed Dairy Case Dynamics study and provide strategies for Manufacturers to become better advocates for the right shelf space and assortment for dairy products.
Laura Dembitzer Marketing Director at Imbibe - a Chicago-based flavor and beverage development company.
Laura Dembitzer is focused on monitoring flavor, ingredient and product trends in the food and beverage industry and provides valuable insights to brand owners to help them formulate and develop successful products. Dembitzer has delivered market insights at several industry events, including the Research Chefs Association Annual Conference and an Institute of Food Technologists Technical Field Trip, and through articles and interviews in industry publications such as Beverage Industry, Natural Products Insider, and Food & Beverage SmartBrief. Prior to joining Imbibe, Dembitzer launched a boutique bakery business. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
