Per has experience working in startups as well as large organizations managing product marketing, product management, development and support teams. Per is passionate about helping organizations improve how they develop software, and currently co-leads a DevOps transformation of IBM zSystems Software. In the past, Per drove development of the world’s most broadly adopted commercial process library (Rational Unified Process) and was project lead for an eclipse open source project centered on agile practices. Per has authored more than 30 articles and 2 books, sold in more than 30,000 copies and translated to 6 languages.

Minaz Merali is a Senior Manager & Data Scientist for the DevOps for IBM Z Offering Management team. She uses the art and science of data to empower cross functional teams with data driven insights. She formulates strategies to reach new audiences and helps clients accelerate Digital Transformation.
