Abstract:
Advancing the science of medicine by being able to target a disease more precisely with effective treatment specific to the individual relies largely on access to patients’ genomics information and the ability to process massive amounts of genomics data quickly. Healthcare and life science organizations dealing with data-intensive genomics workloads that lack scalability, flexibility, performance, efficiencies, management and cognitive capabilities will need to modernize and transform their application infrastructure to support current and future requirements.
In this talk, we present a field proven integrated IBM Software-Defined Infrastructure solution blueprint for genomics and explain its architecture and benefits in detail.
