Training and coaching are vital skills for keeping employees engaged, yet structured programs are rare in dealerships. Most dealers focus on training only during downtimes, a costly mistake that contributes to employee dissatisfaction and high turnover.

Learning how to do one’s job involves a lot more than learning how to use software or follow a process. Employees need to know the "why" behind their job and how they contribute to the company's success. In this session, industry expert Melissa Maldonado shares how to put together a training program designed to engage both new and long-time employees.

In her session, Maldonado will also share tips on how to effectively coach employees toward success. She’ll explain why every department needs a playbook to document processes, cross-train employees and keep employees motivated. Additionally, Maldonado will share proven strategies for team building and creating an atmosphere where employees are excited to come to work every day.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Develop a structured training program designed to engage and motivate employees to perform their best
  • Coach employees to help build a strong team, improve accountability and increase morale
  • Create a playbook for your department and/or dealership processes
  • Cross-train employees so processes always run smoothly
