Scott Sheehan leads marketing and is responsible for insights, strategies and programs that create interest, demand and recognition of TransUnion products and solutions in the multi-family industry. A data-driven marketer, Sheehan has extensive experience helping organizations connect with customers and prospects through innovative methodologies.
Prior to TransUnion, Sheehan spent nearly 14 years with Experian, most recently as head of its small business vertical. He has a wide range of expertise having led teams in digital marketing, sales operations, product marketing and e-commerce. Sheehan brings a passion for developing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Patience Hackler

Patience Hackler is the product manager of TransUnion’s suite of resident quality management products, primarily focused on ResidentScreening, ResidentID® and ResidentCredit ®. Prior to her current role, Hackler spent four years supporting our customers as an account manager and brings that experience to her current role of developing solutions that improve the user experience and increase customer satisfaction. Prior to TransUnion, Hackler spent seven years in various account management roles, including leading fundraising campaigns for major health non-profits. Hackler received bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ball State University.
