Abstract:

Today it is challenging to understand consumer behaviors and drivers when it comes to their buying habits and needs. That is why DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences partnered with IPSOS to conduct qualitative consumer research to understand better the consumer drivers for choosing yogurts with additional health benefits, the ingredients that relate to these health benefits and how consumers relate to them. In this webinar we will take you through some of the results of this study and introduce you to some new concepts and ideas to be able to answer the consumer demand for additional health benefits in yogurts.

Natalie Schmidt

Natalie Schmidt is Director of qualitative research at Ipsos in Germany. Together with her team her recent research activities include innovation; product; and communication research in the FMCG sector with focus on food and beverages. Natalie is also highly committed to furthering the development of new digital methods in qualitative research – always with the consumer and the understanding of human motivations at the core of her work. She authored and co-authored several articles in journals and magazines on new methodologies in research.

Eve Martinet

Global Product Manager Dairy Probiotics and Cultures for plant-based foods

Eve Martinet-Bareau is responsible for the portfolio of probiotics for dairy and other fermented application, as well as cultures for the growing segment of fermented plant-based foods and beverages. Eve has been working for 13 years at DuPont in various marketing and business roles supporting a wide range of specialty food ingredients, including fresh dairy cultures, sweeteners, fibers, plant extracts, always driven by her purpose to deliver solutions for better nutrition to consumers and a more sustainable food industry. Eve has a Master’s degree in Food Technology and Management from Agrocampus Ouest University (France).

Vincent Mathys

EMEA Marketing Director

Vincent Mathys currently holds the position of EMEA Marketing Director and is leading a team responsible for developing and implementing DuPont’s market strategy, campaigns and customer-facing initiatives for food ingredients in the key industries. His team also drives consumer research to understand consumer needs in relation to key trends in these key industries. He played different Marketing and Brand roles in EMEA before joining the DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences business in 2014, where he took up a position as Global Key Account Marketing manager. Since beginning of 2016 he has held the Dairy Marketing Manager responsibility in DuPont Nutrition & biosciences before moving to his current role in April of 2019.
