Chris Malafa joined Griffith Company in 2007 after ten years of public accounting experience serving the construction, health care and manufacturing industries. In addition to traditional attest and tax engagements, he provided accounting systems consulting, implementation, integration and data conversion services.
Serving as IT Director for Griffith, he applies this experience to all aspects of the company’s technology strategy. Key areas of focus for his team include process improvement, documentation and automation.

Eric is a 25-year veteran of the Heavy Civil construction industry, and in 2011 started the Civil Group at Mortenson. Mortenson is a national, top-20 ranked U.S. builder and developer. Mortenson’s Civil Group works across the entire U.S. focusing on Heavy Civil infrastructure for renewable energy projects as well as federal installations.
As the general manager, Eric is responsible for all facets of business planning & strategy, business development, preconstruction and operations execution.
Prior to joining Mortenson, Eric spent several years at a leading regional Heavy Highway contractor, serving in a variety of roles from Project Manager to Chief Estimator.

He joined B2W Software in early 2017 where, as senior business analyst, he contributes his industry expertise to the company’s product development process and assists B2W clients in the implementation and optimization of their software.
