| Automated Process for Continuing Education (CE) Credit Certificates |

CE credit certificates are produced automatically upon completion of the webcast.
To obtain your CE certificate you must first complete a short feedback survey that will appear on screen shortly after the webcast ends. Do not close the browser until you see the survey.
Upon completion of the survey, the CE certificate will be emailed to you. It may take up to 24 hours before you receive the certificate.
If you have completed the survey but do not receive the certificate by email, try going back into the webcast by clicking “Already Registered?”, and click on the “My Certificates” icon at the bottom of the screen.
