Chris is responsible for overseeing the company’s innovation initiatives, managing their execution, and measuring their results to achieve safer, high quality, and more affordable building.
Prior to joining Suffolk, Chris was the publisher of The Boston Globe and president of The New England Media Group newspaper responsible for the Globe, Worcester Telegram & Gazette and boston.com. Chris was also a consultant in the digital media and online education industries where his focus was on developing strategic technology plans that align with, and enable, successful business growth.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Yale University.

While pursuing his masters of architecture at the University of Minnesota, Will discovered immersive virtual reality (VR) and its potential to impact design and construction. During that program, He began researching real-world applications of VR with Mortenson, an ENR top-20 contractor headquartered in Minneapolis.
He's now living his childhood dream of being an inventor as an Emerging Technologies Developer with Mortenson, building a division focused on developing and applying emerging technology.
His passion for architecture, programming, and novel technology has led him to explore how the intersection of these fields can positively impact the rapidly changing building industry.

Anthony John Cortez

Anthony Cortez is the Arup Visualization Leader in the Americas Region.
In the past 2 decades, he has worked on numerous architectural & engineering projects, in digital, lighting and experiential design. Key Projects include the Fulton Center, the New NY Bridge, JFK JetBlue Terminal 5, YAS Marina Hotel, Singapore Stadium and the Academy of Arts & Science Theater at the Lighthouse International.
Anthony integrates with all Arup disciplines to produce Augmented and Virtual Reality environments with validated lighting studies, acoustic, pedestrian/vehicle & fire simulations. The major benefit of what he provides is to help clients accurately understand and visualize their projects throughout the design stage as well as generate excitement and wow factor.
