Abstract:
Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE:CARR), the leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable and intelligent building and cold chain solutions, will host an in-person investor meeting at its world headquarters, the Center for Intelligent Buildings in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022 beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET. Members of the executive leadership team, including Chairman & CEO David Gitlin and CFO Patrick Goris, will host a series of presentations that highlight Carrier's strategic priorities and compelling prospects for continued strong growth. Sam Pearlstein Vice President, Investor Relations Carrier Sam Pearlstein is the Vice President, Investor Relations for Carrier. In this role, Sam is the primary contact for the investment community, and he actively engages with the company’s global investor base. Sam came to Carrier to build and create the investor relations function prior to the spin-off of Carrier. Sam joined after a career as an equity analyst and co-head of equity research. His focus was providing securities research for institutional investors for the aerospace, defense and multi-industry sectors. Sam has a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
Dave Gitlin Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Carrier David Gitlin is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Carrier. He previously served as President & CEO and was elected Chairman of the Board in April 2021. Before joining Carrier, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Collins Aerospace, which was created by bringing together UTC Aerospace Systems and Rockwell Collins. Prior to Collins Aerospace, he was President of UTC Aerospace Systems, which was created by bringing together Goodrich Corporation and Hamilton Sundstrand.
Prior to UTC Aerospace Systems, Dave worked for Hamilton Sundstrand as President of Aerospace Customers & Business Development; President of Auxiliary Power, Engine & Control Systems; Vice President and General Manager of Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems; Vice President of Pratt & Whitney programs; and General Manager of Rolls-Royce/General Electric programs.
Before joining Hamilton Sundstrand, he served in roles at United Technologies Corporation and Pratt & Whitney.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Dave and his wife Stephanie have three children.
Jennifer Anderson Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Development & Chief Sustainability Officer Carrier Jennifer Anderson is the Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Development & Chief Sustainability Officer, for Carrier. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for leading Carrier’s strategic efforts to define and frame long-term growth around mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other business development activities, playing a critical role in enhancing the company’s overall strategic focus to deliver significant value for Carrier’s shareowners.
As Chief Sustainability Officer, Jennifer is focused on environmental, social and governance priorities and developing the company’s associated strategic roadmap aligned with Carrier’s vision to create solutions that matter for people and our planet.
Jennifer joined Carrier from Tyson Foods, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, responsible for enterprise strategy, global mergers and acquisition execution, integration management and macro-economics.
Prior to Tyson, she held a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Development at Johnson Controls, and Vice President of Business Development, Strategy and Planning for Eaton Corporation. She also worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, spending a number of years in its Hong Kong and Chicago offices.
Jennifer attended The Ohio State University and also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Bobby George Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer Carrier Bobby George is Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer for Carrier, leading the company's global digital and information technology strategies and operations. In this role, he is responsible for identifying digital strategies that drive greater levels of customer satisfaction, build new revenue sources and make Carrier a more efficient enterprise.
Bobby has over 25 years of experience in the digital and information technology field. He joined Carrier in 2018 from General Electric, where he served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Manufacturing, Engineering & Services. Prior to that, Bobby held digital roles with increasing leadership responsibility at General Electric, St. Jude Medical (Abbott) and Accenture.
Bobby holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and an MBA from the International Management Institute.
Ajay Agrawal Senior Vice President, Global Services, Healthy Buildings & Chief Strategy Officer Carrier Ajay Agrawal is the Senior Vice President, Global Services, Healthy Buildings & Chief Strategy Officer, for Carrier. In this role, Ajay is responsible for accelerating Carrier’s growth in the healthy buildings segment, leading global services & aftermarket, global enterprise sales (Buildings Solutions Group) and the EcoEnergy organization. In addition, Ajay is responsible for leading Carrier’s corporate strategy and efforts to define and frame its long-term growth strategy.
Ajay developed Carrier’s strategy as the world leader in healthy, safe, and sustainable buildings and cold chain solutions. He also drove strong focus on lifecycle solutions across the company and created an actionable growth roadmap for parts, service attachment, and connected services, including the launch of Carrier’s BluEdge tiered service platform.
Prior to joining Carrier, he served as Vice President, Aftermarket Services, for Collins Aerospace, leading the worldwide commercial and military aftermarket business and customer service organizations including long-term aftermarket programs, spares, repairs, asset management and technical support. Ajay has a unique ability to partner with customers to find creative business solutions, and a history of driving results leading to strong, trust- based customer relationships. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing practical business strategies with previous roles in UTC Corporate Strategy and Bain & Company.
He holds a doctorate in engineering from University of Missouri and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Chris Nelson President, HVAC Carrier Chris Nelson is President, HVAC, for Carrier, leading the global commercial and residential product and service portfolio. In this role, Chris is responsible for driving profitable growth across the HVAC business, with an emphasis on innovating products through a global platform approach, accelerating digital innovation and gaining segment share globally. Chris is also responsible for Carrier’s HVAC joint venture partnerships around the world.
Chris brings to the role more than 24 years of sales and general management experience. Most recently, he led Carrier’s global commercial HVAC business and has strong experience with the North America residential HVAC business, having led that business for more than six years. Chris has held other senior leadership positions, including Director, Ducted Systems Platform, Vice President & General Manager, Light Commercial Systems, Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Residential & Commercial Systems; and President, North American HVAC.
Prior to joining Carrier, Chris held leadership roles with the U.S. Army, Johnson & Johnson and McKinsey & Company.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in business from Cornell University.
Jurgen Timperman President, Fire & Security Carrier Jurgen Timperman is President, Fire & Security, for Carrier, leading the company's Fire & Security Products business globally. In this role, he is responsible for delivering life-safety products and services worldwide and driving growth through a continued focus on operational effectiveness, share expansion and product innovation.
Jurgen has more than 24 years of international operations, consultancy, sales and general management experience. He joined Carrier in 2010 as part of the GE Security acquisition, where he served as Regional General Manager, Global Security Products, Middle East and Africa. Previous roles include President, Fire & Security Operations; President, Security & Access Solutions; President, Global Security Products; and President, Global Fire & Security Products.
Prior to joining Carrier, he held leadership roles with GE Industrial Controls, GE Corporate, GE Healthcare and GE Security.
Jurgen holds a master's degree in electro-mechanical engineering from Ghent University in Belgium. He is on the board of directors for the FDNY Foundation.
Timothy White President, Refrigeration Carrier Timothy N. White is President, Refrigeration, for Carrier, leading the company’s $4 billion global transport and commercial refrigeration businesses and cold chain monitoring solutions. Tim is responsible for driving profitable growth through innovative and sustainable solutions and services that protect and preserve the world’s supply of food and pharmaceuticals.
Tim joins Carrier from General Electric, where he served as CEO, Onshore Wind for the Americas region, focused on electric renewable energy. He was previously with Raytheon Technologies for 24 years, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including President, Power & Controls and President, Electric Systems for the company’s Collins Aerospace division. At Collins, Tim focused on the design, development and market readiness of electrification of flight to provide more efficient carbon-neutral technologies to the aerospace industry.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from Regis University.
Patrick Goris Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Carrier Patrick Goris is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Carrier. His responsibilities include all aspects of financial management of the Company.
In his role, he leads and provides strategic direction to a global team of talented finance professionals and problem solvers covering accounting and controls, financial planning, tax, treasury and investor relations who partner with business leaders to execute our profitable growth strategy.
Patrick brings to the role over 20 years of global financial management experience. Prior to joining Carrier, Patrick served as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Rockwell Automation. He has held a number of additional senior roles at Rockwell Automation including Vice President, Investor Relations and Vice President, Finance of the Company's Architecture & Software segment.
Patrick received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from EU Business School (formerly European University) and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
