Quentin holds an engineering degree in food science and has 15 years’ experience in formulation, nutritional enhancement and texture optimization. He joined Roquette in 2012 and spent 12 years developing solutions for dairy products and nutrition before moving to the Baking team. There he led nutritional-improvement initiatives — sugar management, fiber enrichment and fat substitution — while continuing to optimise texture for baked goods (biscuits, cakes, doughs, breads, etc.). Quentin’s technical expertise and pragmatic approach support food manufacturers in creating healthier, better-performing products that comply with evolving regulatory frameworks, including Nutri-Score. He is committed to translating nutritional science into practical, scalable ingredient and process solutions
