Megan Siefker

Megan Siefker is a Client Success Director for InEight. She works with construction companies across all markets to map business processes and provide innovative solutions to optimize workflows and drive overall project success. Before joining InEight, Megan worked for TIC - The Industrial Company (TIC), a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, as a superintendent and project engineer. In her time at TIC, she also worked with the startup and commissioning department to standardize the management of cost, schedule and turnover completions using InEight Solutions. She specializes in earned value management and helping companies define standard processes and use of InEight technology to ensure project certainty.

Tom Baskind

As Technology Manager at Graycor Industrial Constructors Inc., Tom Baskind is responsible for the company-wide implementation of InEight solutions including: Document, Estimate, Control, Plan, Progress, Compliance, Contract and Report. Simultaneously, Tom is working on integrating the organization’s accounting system with InEight and training its users on all of the modules.

Tom has successfully held a variety of roles throughout his 22-year career with Graycor. Prior to his current role, Tom served as a chief estimator assigned to the company’s industrial market sector. Previously, he held the position of director, preconstruction services where he implemented custom, internally developed software for project management functions such as vendor orders and cost projecting.

Tom has also developed and implemented the company’s use of estimating software, which included managing the training of its users. In his earlier years with Graycor, Tom held the positions of project engineer, assistant project manager and senior estimator.

Alicia Edsen

Director, Talent Development
Kiewit

Alicia joined Kiewit Corporation in 2003 and held a number of roles with the company before taking on her current title of talent development director. In this position, she leads the company’s technical, professional, leadership and craft development efforts, including oversight of the two training facilities as well as standards/best practices related to succession planning and performance management.

Previously, Alicia served as Infrastructure Group HR director and, prior to that, she played an important role in Kiewit’s ERP implementation known as the KieCore project. Here, she was responsible for designing, building and deploying KieCore initiatives as they relate to the company’s human resources processes.

Alicia began her Kiewit career with the South Central District in Fort Worth, Texas, gaining experience in estimating and field operations. In 2005, she was asked to take on a recruiting/retention initiative, which led to a district HR manager role. It was during this time the district grew from 183 employees to over 400. Alicia drove all the people management efforts to assist in this growth.

A native of Wyoming, Alicia earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.

Frank Kato

Vice President, Project Oversight

Frank is responsible for the organizational change management of Graham’s construction management platform retirement and next-generation software platform implementation. He also leads the company’s Corporate Equipment, Shops and Yards portfolio, with emphasis on heavy equipment ownership strategy, and operating maintenance for project delivery in Canada and the U.S. In addition, he leads Graham’s Project Oversight team focused on project procurement and delivery risk management.

Frank joined Graham in 2011 as general manager of the Earthwork, Undergrounds and Piling portfolio of the Industrial division. Over the next three years, his successful project execution and delivery of world-class safety performance led to his promotion to vice president of the group. Frank continued to drive value for the Industrial division, boosting portfolio revenue growth by 4x and profit by 26x.

In addition to Frank’s 20-plus years of industry experience, he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Development Program at the Ivey Business school, and has completed Harvard Law School’s program on Negotiation and Harvard Business School’s General Management and Authentic Leadership Programs.
