R. Cromwell Coulson is President, CEO and a Director of OTC Markets Group, responsible for the company’s overall growth and strategic direction. Since acquiring OTC Markets’ predecessor business in 1997, Cromwell has transformed the company from a privately-held publisher of broker-dealer quotations into a publicly-traded company operating three public markets for 11,000 securities that trade nearly $200 billion in dollar volume annually. Cromwell is a strong advocate of improving access to capital for small companies, supporting a diverse ecosystem of broker-dealers, and empowering investors with information. He has testified before Congress and spoken on these and other issues at numerous industry conferences. Cromwell is a former Chair (2017-2018) of the FINRA Market Regulation Committee that advises FINRA on rulemaking and trading issues. Prior to OTC Markets, Cromwell was an institutional trader and portfolio manager at Carr Securities Corporation. He holds an OPM from Harvard Business School and received his BBA from Southern Methodist University.
Matt Fuchs

Matthew Fuchs is an Executive Vice President leading the product development, distribution and sales of market data at OTC Markets Group. He is responsible for overseeing the launch of new products and enhancements to existing market data tools that help financial institutions more efficiently trade and analyze OTCQX, OTCQB, Pink and Grey Market securities. Continual enhancements and improvements to our products led to OTC Markets Compliance Data File being recognized for Best-Real Time Market Data Initiative at the 2016 Inside Market Data/Inside Reference Data Awards. Matt often comments and speaks on issues regarding market data and compliance for the over-the-counter equity markets, and frequently publishes on the OTC Markets Blog. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group, he served in a number of financial technology roles at the National Research Exchange, Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen. Matt received a BA from Columbia University.
Antonia Georgieva

Antonia Georgieva joined OTC Markets Group in January 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Antonia has more than 17 years of M&A and capital markets experience in fintech and financial services. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group, Antonia was a Partner at Drake Star Partners, a global investment banking firm, where she led Drake Star’s fintech coverage practice in the US. Previously, Antonia was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets Corp. where, most recently, she co-led the firm’s fintech and information services coverage effort as a senior member of the Technology & Business Services group. Antonia started her investment banking career at Milestone Advisors, LLC, a financial services-focused advisory firm and prior to that worked as an economist at the Bulgarian National Bank. Antonia holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria and received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Kristie Harkins is OTC Markets Group's Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for continuing the transformation of the OTC Markets Brand and stewardship of all its marketing and PR initiatives. Kristie brings over 15 years of advertising experience from her tenure at Saatchi & Saatchi, a preeminent global advertising agency. In her previous account leadership roles she partnered with industry giants including Procter & Gamble, Novartis and GSK, as well as smaller challenger brands, on all facets of their consumer communication. Kristie received her bachelor's degree from Siena College.
Lisabeth Heese

Lisabeth (Liz) Heese joined OTC Markets Group in 2004 and is the Executive Vice President of Issuer and Information Services. Since then she has built a team responsible for: collecting and maintaining market data for over 5,000 issuers; development, sales and support of issuer-related products and services; and, monitoring issuer compliance with Company policies and procedures. Prior to joining OTC Markets, Liz spent 11 years at NASDAQ, serving as a Product Manager in the Trading and Market Services Division. Liz received a BA degree from American University.
Mike Modeski

Mike joined OTC Markets Group in 2011. Mike has over 15 years of experience in the financial markets, with a focus on the OTC markets. Previously, Mike served as the Director of Broker-Dealer Execution Services and Sales at Citigroup and the Director of Execution Services at Lava Technology, a division of Citigroup. Before working at Citigroup, Mike was the Director of OTC Equities at FINRA and held several management positions at Pershing. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1995. Mike is a member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Traders Association of New York (STANY).

Bruce has over thirty years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on software development and project management. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group in 2017, Bruce served as Managing Director at sell-side brokerage firm Convergex, overseeing strategic project and product development. Earlier in his career, Bruce held senior management positions at industry leaders including Brown Brothers Harriman, Dreyfus Corporation and Swiss Bank Corporation Investment Banking.
Jason Paltrowitz

In his dual role as Director, OTC Markets Group International Ltd. and EVP, Corporate Services, Jason Paltrowitz manages the company’s international and domestic Corporate Services business, supporting more than 1,200 companies that trade on the premium OTCQX and OTCQB Markets. Leveraging his background in financial services and expertise in cross-border trading, Jason spearheads sales initiatives and alliances to provide issuers with efficient alternatives to raise capital, access U.S. investors, and help small-cap companies alleviate the cost and complexity associated with being a public company.
Prior to joining OTC Markets Group in October 2013, Jason was Managing Director and Segment Head at JP Morgan Chase responsible for the custody, clearing and collateral management business in the Corporate and Investment Bank division. Jason also held multiple senior management positions at BNY Mellon, most notably, as Head of M&A for the Financial Markets and Treasury Services Sector and 11 years as the Head of the Global Capital Markets Group in the Depositary Receipt Division.
Jason served on the Board of Directors of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) from 2017 - 2020. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors at OTC Markets Group from 2008 - 2011. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University and received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Daniel Zinn
General Counsel & Chief of Staff

Daniel (Dan) Zinn is OTC Markets Group’s General Counsel, Chief of Staff and Corporate Secretary. He leads the Company’s regulatory and policy making efforts and is often a speaker on over-the-counter equity markets. As Chief of Staff, Dan also oversees the company’s Human Resources and Administrative functions. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group in 2010, he served as outside counsel to OTC Markets Group beginning in 2007, as a partner at The Nelson Law Firm LLC. Previously, Mr. Zinn worked in the corporate office of AIG. He received his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and received his BS from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
