Lindsey Morgan leads the product marketing function at Ardent Mills where she and her team are responsible for product line marketing & sales enablement, product innovation and portfolio management. Lindsey is passionate about bringing the voice of customers and consumers into innovation in flours, grains and pulses. Prior to joining Ardent Mills in 2020, Lindsey was a director of brand marketing for Danone (previously WhiteWave Foods) – in her time there she held management roles for brands including Silk, SToK Cold Brew, So Delicious, Horizon Organic and International Delight. Prior to joining WhiteWave Foods, Lindsey was a strategy consultant for L.E.K. Consulting. She holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Matt Schueller joined Ardent Mills in 2020 as Director of Insights and Analytics. In his role, Matt focuses on tracking, measuring and identifying the stated and unstated factors that influence consumer behaviors within food, and uncovers the resulting opportunities in the marketplace. Matt has more than two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Ardent Mills, he had multiple insight and analytics roles in the Foodservice and CPG spaces.

Melanie is an Associate Innovation Manager at Mattson, where she collaborates with her clients to rapidly and thoughtfully design, develop and commercialize new food and beverage products. She is a food scientist by training with hands-on experience in new product innovation, manufacturing operations as well as food safety and quality. Looking into the future, she believes that the bakery and snack industries should embrace Gen Z values and consumer desires for plant-forward diets and better-for-you products.
