Mary Ann Wenzler-Wiebe

Mary Ann looks after the GTA West Area of the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). In this role, she leads a team of professionals dedicated to serving Canadian businesses through financing, venture capital and advisory services with a focus on small and medium sized enterprises. In addition, she is the Regional Sponsor for Ontario Women Entrepreneurs. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Mississauga Board of Trade and One Spark Foundation Board. Before joining BDC, she spent a number of years working in commercial banking in the Windsor area. Mary Ann is a former director of St. Joe’s Hospital Foundation in London and Board of Governors for Grand River Hospital Foundation. She sat on various committees supporting entrepreneurship and automotive growth in Ontario & Canada.

Keith is based in BDO’s Vancouver office and advises clients across Western Canada. He has over 15 years of professional experience providing transaction advisory services to public and private companies in a diverse range of industries. Keith assists clients with Business Valuations, Corporate Finance and Due Diligence mandates. He has extensive IFRS and US GAAP fair value experience, including purchase price allocations (PPAs), impairments and financial instruments. Keith also has prepared numerous tax and litigation support valuations, including expert reports for Family Law matters, and assisting with expropriations and shareholder and corporate disputes. He also has prepared fairness opinions for public companies in connection with going private transactions and insider bids. Keith’s Corporate Finance practice mainly consists of advising mid-market private companies in connection with sell-side and buy-side transactions. He also assists with financial Due Diligence for vendors and buyers.

With over fifteen years of professional experience, Anthony became Partner in 2014. With a Bachelor of Commerce, he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2002. Anthony takes part in mandates for public and private companies operating in several industries, namely real estate, technology, natural resources, manufacturing and consumer business, as well as not-for profit organizations. His clientele also includes First Nations communities and organizations. Anthony provides his clients with assurance services consisting of auditing, review engagements, special assurance reports and internal control procedures.
