Steve Pacicco

Steve brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and healthcare technology. He most recently served as vice president of portfolio strategy and corporate development for the ResMed SaaS business. He came to ResMed through its acquisition of MatrixCare, where he was executive vice president of corporate development and operations. Prior to MatrixCare, Steve was CEO of SigmaCare from its founding in 2006, leading the business through substantial growth and expansion, including its acquisition by MatrixCare in 2017. Before SigmaCare, he served in various executive capacities with Amicore and Pfizer. Steve holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is currently Chief Administrative Officer for Eldermark Software where he serves in a leadership position to ensure workforce teams have the resources required to achieve their goals. He also serves provider clients in the role of operations consultant and business systems analyst. Mark has over 25 years of experience in older adult services - 20 of those years in management and corporate leadership positions within SNF and senior housing/assisted living. Mark also served in the public sector for 5 years directing the human resources and risk management functions for a large metropolitan suburb. Mark is and has been active in Minnesota’s health care trade associations for over 20 years, serving on the Board of Directors for both Care Providers of MN and LeadingAge MN. Mark has been a frequent presenter and faculty member for these trade associations’ conventions, training programs, and special events in addition to speaking at other state and national association conferences, including WHCA, OHCA, WALA, AHCA, NCAL, Argentum, CAST, and national LeadingAge. Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Elder Justice Center, a national leading organization in the work to prevent the abuse and neglect of vulnerable adults, and, he has served as a Senior Examiner for the AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Program for 2018-2020. Mark received his B.A. from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN, and his Masters Studies in Public Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.

His years of experience in leadership and his propensity to think outside the box benefits clients with creative analysis in solving complex challenges faced by senior living operators.
