 Iva François Global Market Manager Fiber Roquette Iva François has over 20 years of experience in B2C in marketing and consumer insights (food & beverages) with solid experience in innovation development. She joined Roquette in 2021 as a Global Market Manager Fibers and drives strategic initiatives of brands and innovation through deep market and consumer understanding. Iva holds a master’s degree in Marketing and Business, and she is based in France.
 Caroline Perreau Nutrition and Health Research Manager Roquette Caroline was trained in biology at Institute Agro Rennes-Angers and biotechnology at AgroParisTech. She joined Roquette in 2016 as a Nutrition and Health Lab Manager, working on the health effects of various Roquette products such as polyols, starch, fibers and proteins. Since 2021, she was appointed as Nutrition and Health Research Manager, focused on the demonstration and the valorization of the health benefits of fibers and proteins already on Roquette’s portfolio. Her research interests include from one hand dietary fiber, gut microbiota, gut health, blood-glucose management, satiety, immunity, gut-brain axis and in another hand plant-based protein, nutritional quality, sarcopenia, muscle protein synthesis and metabolic disorders.
 Arnaud Kosinski Global Technical Developer Roquette Arnaud Kosinski is an experienced food industry professional, with over 20 years of experience. He has a strong background in R&D, application, and global key account technical management. Arnaud specializes in developing specialty nutritional food ingredients, bridging the gap between scientists, marketing teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective product development and positioning. He is committed to staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in his field and is passionate about innovation and problem-solving.
