Cheese: Snacking Spells Opportunity

On Demand Until October 28, 2022

Duration:60 minutes

Abstract:

When it comes to cheese, Americans continue to find new reasons to indulge. In fact, per-capita consumption of cheese grew 19% in the United States during the decade ending in 2019, according to the International Dairy Foods Association.

Americans also are snacking more often. The NPD Group notes that U.S. consumers added 25 between-meal snacking occasions per capita in the five years ending in 2020 (from 505 occasions in 2015 to 530 in 2020). New product development that meshes with consumer snacking wants and needs will keep that cheese growth wave going.

Join us for a webinar that explores current and emerging trends and opportunities within the snacking cheese segment.
