Dr. Chyn Boon Wong Assistant Manager, Marketing and Scientific Affairs Morinaga Milk Industry Chyn Boon is a dedicated professional who excels at leveraging probiotics science for successful business opportunities. With extensive research experience in the probiotics and postbiotics field, she has spent the past decade focusing on understanding the effects of probiotic metabolites on the gut-skin and gut-brain axes. Chyn Boon is passionate about applying her expertise to make groundbreaking discoveries more accessible to a wider audience. Trained in Microbiology, she holds a PhD degree, and carried out postdoctoral research at Morinaga Milk’s Next Generation Science Institute before her current role at the company’s headquarters.
Doris Huang Food Regulatory Consultant, Food Business Division CIRS Doris Huang works as a senior food consultant at CIRS group. She graduated from Wageningen University with a food quality management Master’s degree and has been serving the Chinese food regulatory services for almost 10 years. Doris is familiar with the Chinese food compliance related regulations and has successfully assisted hundreds of companies to import their products to China.
Dr. Gabriel Vinderola Principal Researcher National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) Dr. Vinderola is Principal Researcher at CONICET, Argentina, and Associate Professor at the Food Technology and Biotechnology Department of his home faculty. He has published more than 130 original scientific publications in international refereed journals and book chapters in the field of fermented foods, lactic acid bacteria, probiotics and postbiotics. Dr. Vinderola graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering from the National University of Litoral (Santa Fe, Argentina) and obtained his PhD in Chemistry in 2002. Since 2020, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP).
