Chrissy Morgan, RN has been a Director of Nursing since 2018 with Mission Health Communities, one of the largest Skilled Nursing Corporations in the country. Chrissy holds a bachelor’s degree from Walden University where she graduated Cum Laude. While at Rolling Hills Health and Rehab in Wichita, Kansas Chrissy assumes numerous responsibilities as well as taking the vital role of infection preventionist. Chrissy has taken the lead on implementing a number of new technologies to help increase patient care along with the roll out and successful trial of the Purewick urine management system. Prior to working in skilled nursing Chrissy spent 8 years working in different areas within acute care hospitals from the emergency room, charge nurse, ICU, M/S, pediatrics, geriatric psych, behavioral health and rehab. Chrissy’s wide range of knowledge and care helps provide a well-rounded approach to better support her staff and patients.

Yolanda Rhodes, RN, CRRN, and BSN graduating Summa Cum Laude from the of University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently pursuing her MSN at Western Governors University.
She began her career in skilled nursing working as an infection control nurse and then moved into the ADON role at Global Home Health for 2 years. She spent a year as the DON at United Home health in Beaumont, Texas and then transitioned to rehabilitation where she worked 19 years at TIRR Memorial Herman in Houston. TIRR is one of the best rehabilitation hospitals in Texas and #2 in the nation, offering inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and neurologic disease. She was Outpatient Clinic Nursing Supervisor and Clinical Nurse Liaison. She established a keen understanding of nursing excellence that has guided her caring spirit through years of high-quality care delivery.
For the past two years she has been a Clinical Nurse manager at BD. Her primary responsibilities include educating patients and clinicians across the country on urological management prior to home discharge for continuity of care. She is proficient with training and management of the Purewick Urine Collection System, Intermittent Self Catheterization (ISC) and Spirit Male External Catheter products. Yolanda is a strong advocate for patients, for the profession of nursing and the role she plays in providing quality care for others.
