Jennifer Lohse joined Hazelden Betty Ford in 2014 as general counsel. Prior to joining Hazelden Betty Ford she served as general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging where she led the in-house legal, risk management, and compliance departments. Lohse received her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minn., and her bachelor's degree from the College of St. Benedict/St. John's University in St. Joseph, Minn. Lohse is certified in health care compliance by the Compliance Certification Board, a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), the vice chair of research and website for the AHLA Behavioral Health Task Force, and a member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Lohse presents regularly on behavioral health topics, as well as privacy and health care compliance matters.

Shuchi Parikh draws upon her prior experience working in-house and in private practice to advise clients on a range of health law matters. She assists providers with structuring complex transactions and developing strategic affiliations. She also provides regulatory compliance advice related to obligations under government health care programs.
Shuchi has been passionate about the health care industry since a young age. In today’s ever-changing health care landscape, she recognizes the importance of understanding the challenges that clients face. Shuchi’s experience includes advising companies on the following matters:

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Shuchi served as Regulatory Counsel at an early-stage pharmacy benefit management startup and worked in health care practices at leading law firms in Washington, D.C. Shuchi completed a clerkship on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

He regularly advises clients on health care fraud and abuse laws and other regulatory issues, including the federal anti-kickback statute, stark physician self-referral law, false claims act, state licensing issues, corporate practice of medicine doctrines, and state fraud and abuse laws.
