As Vice-President of ETF Strategy, Nirujan’s primary responsibility includes working with the various departments within CI GAM to set and execute the ETF Sales Strategy and help promote the growth of the ETF business. Nirujan’s responsibilities also includes overseeing the ETF Sales Support team where he works alongside the sales team in assisting investors and advisors on ETF education and support. Nirujan brings a wealth of ETF knowledge, including ETF product management, indexing, factor research, ETF portfolio development, and has been involved in the launch of many ETFs in the Canadian marketplace. Prior to joining CI GAM, Nirujan held progressively senior roles with global asset managers Invesco and Horizons ETFs, where responsibilities included product management, product development and sales strategy in both the Canadian and U.S market. Nirujan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from Ryerson University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Cappelli joined Galaxy Digital Capital Management LP in 2017. Prior to 2017, Mr. Cappelli was a Director of Fixed Income at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) working in Capital Markets for their ETF Business. Prior to joining SSGA, Mr. Cappelli was a Director in High Yield sales and trading at Oppenheimer. Mr. Cappelli started his career at HSBC as a Foreign Exchange Analyst before spending nearly 10 years at Citigroup in Fixed Income sales and trading. Mr. Cappelli is a member of the Monogram Club at the University of Notre Dame where he won a Monogram as member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team from 2000-2004. Mr. Cappelli is also a supporter of a Walk on Water which promotes therapy through surfing. Mr. Cappelli holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Robert Hughes is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Alerian and S-Network Global Indexes. As CCO, Hughes sets commercial priorities for the firm and leading client acquisition and retention, new product development and revenue growth. Hughes has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his previous role of Global Head of Sales at Alerian and S-Network, Hughes was responsible for all facets of the Alerian business development and distribution strategy. Before joining Alerian and S-Network, Hughes was the Global Head of Index and Advisor Solutions of Nasdaq, where he managed the global index licensing effort, ran the client services division, and oversaw the Dorsey Wright RIA distribution. He also served as Director of Business Development and National Sales Manager at CapitalBridge. Hughes holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a Monogram winner for the university's nationally renowned football team, under the leadership of the legendary Lou Holtz.
