Jean Setzfand

Ms. Setzfand is the Senior Vice President of AARP Programs unit that produces interactive educational programming designed to address key life concerns while boosting technology skills for consumers 50+ caring for a loved one, looking for a job, staying independent through safe driving. Additionally, Programs drives towns, counties and cities to be more livable for all ages by providing educational programming and resources aimed at local leaders, policy makers, planners and citizen activists. Additionally, Ms. Setzfand serves on the Advisory Committee on Seniors for the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA).
Ms. Setzfand has been with AARP since 2002. Prior to joining AARP, she worked as a strategic management consultant serving domestic and international financial services institutions. At BARRA Strategic Consulting Group (now Casey Quirk, A Deloitte Business), she advised leading asset management firms on matters related to strategic planning, organizational design and new market entry strategies. Her financial security experience was further honed while working at AT Kearney’s Financial Institutions Group. In that capacity she guided banks and insurance companies through organizational redesign, strategic sourcing efforts and the implementation of key performance indicators. Ms. Setzfand started her career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, in the Corporate Recovery consulting practice.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Jon Dauphiné was named CEO of the Foundation for Financial Planning (FFP) in 2016 and has since led FFP’s efforts to develop, sustain and grow pro bono financial planning programs for people in need. Jon previously served 15 years at AARP – first as its Senior Vice President of Economic Strategy, followed by eight years as SVP of consumer programs. An attorney, Jon has also held roles in major D.C. law and public affairs firms. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and with highest honors from Vassar College.

Jeffrey Concepcion is the Founder and CEO of Stratos Wealth Partners, a firm which he launched in October of 2008. His intention was to create an organization to fulfill a need for sophisticated advisors and their clients. He constructed a firm with the infrastructure, resources and support necessary to allow advisors to focus on their core competency, advising their clients. Today, Stratos specializes in the practice and performance of financial planning and implementation services. The firm has a national network of distinguished, experienced financial planning practitioners spread throughout the country.
His entire professional career has been spent in the financial services industry. Prior to starting Stratos Wealth Partners, Jeff spent 22 years in senior management positions with Lincoln Financial Network, including being the Executive Director for the Eastern Region.
Jeff believes in the community where he lives and works. He has shared his time and expertise by sitting on a number of charitable boards throughout the Cleveland area over the years.
