Eduard Goodman is the Global Privacy Officer for CyberScout. An internationally trained attorney and cyber expert, Eduard has nearly twenty years of experience in global privacy law and cyber-security. Following graduation from the University of California at Irvine, Eduard moved to Switzerland to work before returning to the U.S. to attend law school at the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. At McGeorge Eduard studied under former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, obtaining his certificate in international legal studies from the University of Salzburg’s Faculty of Law. Eduard went on to receive a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a dual concentration in Intellectual Property and International Law. After law school, Eduard moved to the Netherlands and pursued his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where his dissertation focused on comparative international data protection and privacy law. He is a member of the state bar of Arizona in the United States where he sat on the Bar’s Technology Committee and served as the 2008-2009 and 2015-2016 section chairman of the bar’s Internet, E-Commerce & Technology Law Practice Section. Eduard currently sits on the Arizona Supreme Court’s Task Force on Disinformation as well as the Professional Liability and Underwriting Society’s (PLUS) new Cyber Committee and Curriculum Sub-committee. Eduard is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) covering designations for the U.S., Canada and European Union. Eduard just recently returned to the United States after spending the last year living in Barcelona, Spain with his family and working to help expand CyberScout’s growing global presence.
Tim Zeilman

Tim Zeilman is Vice President, Global Product Owner – Cyber, for HSB Group (part of Munich Re), a multi-line specialty insurer and provider of inspection, risk management and IoT technology services.
Mr. Zeilman led the development of and now oversees HSB CyberOne®, an insurance coverage helping small and mid-sized businesses recover from a computer attack, and protecting them from third party claims that may ensue. He also plays a leading role in supporting HSB's Data Compromise coverage, which responds to the breach of personally identifying information. Prior to joining HSB’s Cyber business, he spent 13 years as an attorney in HSB's Law Department where he focused on corporate and transactional matters and served as the legal liaison to HSB’s Strategic Products Division. Mr. Zeilman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University.

Ms. Comerford began her insurance industry career in 1974 with Tomenson Saunders Whitehead Ltd. and joined Baird MacGregor in 1980 as Senior Commercial Account Executive. She was appointed Vice President in 1981 and became President in 1990. Ms. Comerford became a partner in Baird MacGregor in 2000 and was appointed President & CEO of its affiliate, Hargraft in 2009. The two brokerages were brought under her common management and ultimately common ownership in 2011 when the brokerages’ equity partner was bought out. She is a past Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Insurance Institute of Canada, past President of The Toronto Insurance Council, has served on the board of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada and currently serves on the Ontario Operating Committee of Facility Association. She has served on the Bank of Montreal’s (BMO) National Business Banking Client Advisory Council and continues as a council alumnus examining the economic impact, continuity strategies and banking industry response to COVID-19. She was awarded the Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) designation after successfully completing the Chubb Carnegie Mellon University Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy program as one of the first graduating cohort. Ms. Comerford is a frequent public speaker on insurance and risk management topics and an active advocate for industry segments the brokerages serve. She is also involved in key client and market relationships, business development, program management as well as overseeing all facets of Baird MacGregor & Hargraft’s insurance operations.
