 Elizabeth Parks President and Chief Marketing Officer Parks Associates As president, Elizabeth supports all teams within Parks Associates, a woman- and family-owned market research and consulting firm. She oversees research topics and coverage areas for the company and directs the integrated strategic communications plan for Parks Associates, including advertising, public relations, and marketing. Elizabeth has supported the growth of Parks Associates' business and marketing services for twenty-three years and is the key organizer for all of Parks Associates' events, including Parks Associates’ signature event, CONNECTIONS. She also drives the overall mission to provide clients with the best consumer and industry research and analysis on the SMB and consumer technology markets to inform strategic market decisions. Elizabeth joined Parks Associates on a full-time basis after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Psychology.

He is well known for his operational expertise and frequently collaborates with lenders, private equity, and the investment community as a subject matter expert lead during operational due diligence. Giacalone’s 40-year career in the electronic security industry includes a 10-year period of building and leading as COO the largest third-party central station monitoring company in the United States. Under his leadership, the company earned its place as the most technologically advanced monitoring center, with a monitoring base in excess of 500,000 security, life safety, environmental, and video-monitored subscriber accounts throughout North America. He has served as chairman as well as a voting member of many standards committees within the security industry.
 Jake Voll President SS&Si Dealer Network SS&Si Dealer Network is an independent distribution company with branch locations outside of Orlando, Fla., and Huntsville, Ala., serving more than 1,000 security integrators nationwide. Voll is a proud son of an alarm salesman. His experience in the security industry began in high school while working for a family alarm business. During that time, he gained technical, sales, and marketing experience. In 2006, he launched an e-commerce company specializing in security products and developed a professional partner program for that company in 2009. In 2010, he exited the retail business to focus on the dealer partner program, SS&Si Dealer Network. Voll also enjoys speaking, writing, and consulting. With a breadth of knowledge and experience related to the sales and marketing of security and IoT products, he has a proven track record of helping partners and clients reach their goals.
