Alex Corcoran is currently Sr. Director – Seasons, Partnerships & Occasions, where he is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hershey’s $2b Seasonal business (Halloween, Holiday, Valentines and Easter) and the companies year-round promotional marketing efforts. Alex joined The Hershey Company in January 2002 as the Senior Manager on the Reese’s Franchise, and has held an array of brand and portfolio leadership positions since then, with oversight of Hershey’s Snacks, Food and Beverage Enhancers, Platform Innovation, Variety and Artisan/Premium Chocolate brands. Prior to joining The Hershey Company, His career has included marketing responsibilities at the Associate and Manager level at Schering-Plough HealthCare products corporation in New Jersey, working on various over-the-counter healthcare brands including the Dr. Scholl’s, Tinactin, Afrin, Chlor-Trimeton, A&D and Correctol brands (to name a few). Alex grew up on Long-Island as one of 6 children, holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. from Tulane University. He and his wife Shannon reside in the Hershey area with their three daughters Lexie, Caroline and Emery.
