Head of Employee Experience, HERE Technologies

Jen is currently the Head of Employee Experience at HERE Technologies, the Open Location Platform company that enables people, enterprises and cities to harness the power of location. With 25 years’ experience in communications and business management, Jen leads programs to empower a high performing culture by driving employee engagement, fostering an inclusive culture and amplifying HERE’s brand as an “employer of choice.”


With a breadth of experience working for organizations including Cisco, Extreme Networks, Neustar, the Asia Foundation, Porter Novelli and many clients in various industries, Jen has always focused her work on the power of communications to drive transformation and change. In addition, Jen is a founding member of a San Francisco, education, non-profit and has worked with local, senior government officials and community stakeholders.
