In this role, he works closely with providers on strategic staffing initiatives to increase efficiencies and control labor costs while improving resident care. Woodka has over 25 years of experience in enterprise software executive management, and sales and marketing, having worked for start-up organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies. Woodka has been a frequent speaker on staffing strategies for operational, financial and quality improvements, and has authored articles on long-term care trends and issues.

Robert Crowe

Rob Crowe is a 20-year veteran of the staffing industry with 10 years helping lead one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing companies. He left the industry and founded Matchwell to help provide healthcare organizations an alternative way to access more contract or on-demand clinicians without the expenses of a staffing agency. Crowe has been a frequent panelist and speaker on the evolving gig workforce in America, sits on the board of the largest care management company in the United States and two non-profits, and is an advisor with multiple startups in the healthcare and ed-tech space. He is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, GA, with degrees in political science and philosophy.

Tony Farinella

Tony Farinella is currently the COO of Premier Workforce Solutions while also consulting within the post-acute industry. For most of his 25-year career in health care he has served as an Administrator and most recently the Regional Vice President for the East Region, Sunbelt Division for Signature Health Care prior to joining the Premier team. Farinella is the co-founder and CEO of The Vocation Depot, a not-for-profit organization that assists individuals with disabilities obtain meaningful work. His desire to help others has been at the forefront of his career. Tony possesses a bachelor and master’s degree in health services administration. He is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training. In addition, he served in the United States Army and National Guard for six years, where he received numerous Meritorious Achievement Medals, along with a Good Conduct Medal. In 2010, he was recognized by the American College of Health Care Administrators as a leader in quality performance in the long-term care field.
