With more than 20 years of experience as a food chemist and regulatory leader—including direct involvement in ISO work defining natural food ingredients—he is known for his science based, pragmatic approach to translating regulatory complexity into clear, future ready food color strategies.
 Natasha Nowak Technical Service Manager Color, Taste, Texture & Health dsm-firmenich Natasha Nowak is a Technical Service Manager, Color at dsm-firmenich, supporting customers from formulation through commercialization. She specializes in natural pigments, working closely with R&D and regulatory teams to support the transition from artificial colors, including azo-dyes, to natural color solutions that meet functional performance requirements and align with evolving North American regulations.
Her expertise includes application support, color optimization, stability performance, and translating laboratory insights into successful commercial products.
