Bobby Guy

Mikel Parker

Mikel joined AMB’s Investment Banking team in 2019 as Managing Director. Prior to joining AMB, Mikel served as Chief Financial Officer and head of corporate development for Ciox Health – a leading provider of healthcare information management services. Mikel started his career as an investment banking analyst at Robinson Humphrey and has held various senior roles at multiple boutique investment banks, including Vice President for Shattuck Hammond and Managing Director of Genesis Capital. At AMB, Mikel is responsible for client strategy, sourcing deals and managing transaction execution. Over the course of his career, Mikel has directly participated in an aggregate transaction value in excess of $4 billion across a wide spectrum of industries.

John Meindl


VMG Health

John Meindl is a director with VMG Health and is based in the Dallas office. In addition to providing valuation and transaction advisory services, Mr. Meindl is also involved in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution service line. Mr. Meindl’s valuation experience includes providing advisory services for management planning, transaction advisory, litigation & dispute resolution, financial reporting, and tax purposes. Mr. Meindl’s healthcare experience includes the valuation of hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices and organizations, home health and hospice agencies, Medicare Advantage contracting entities, management companies, and other healthcare entities. He has provided dispute resolution and advisory services in matters including partner disputes, marital dissolution, clinical compensation, violation of non-competition agreements, lost profits, business interruption, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty, among other various matters involving public and private entities.

Torey Riso

Torey Riso is a real estate veteran with 30 years’ experience, including over 14 years in the seniors housing industry. He served as President and CEO of Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm, between 2018 and 2020, and Care Investment Trust (Care), a real estate investment company investing in the senior housing sector, between 2009 and 2018. Care was a publicly traded (NYSE and OTCQX) real estate investment trust (REIT) from 2007 to 2013, at which time it was taken private and no longer operated as a REIT.

Colleen Faddick advises clients regarding the structure of and relationships among health care providers and entities within the complex federal and state regulatory environment.
