 Maggie Jia, PhD Technical Support Scientist Agropur Maggie Jia is a Technical Support Scientist at Agropur, where she supports global ingredient innovation and marketing solutions while co‑managing Agropur’s research programs and regulatory affairs. Maggie holds a PhD in Genetics from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. degree in Protein Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. Maggie is very passionate about nutritional solutions for challenges at different stages of life in global markets.
 Amy O'Keefe R.D. M.S Applications Scientist Agropur Amy O’Keefe has worked as an Applications Scientist at Agropur for over 5 years, supporting the business through functional analysis of whey ingredients and technical conversations with customers on formulation and nutritional benefits. She holds an M.S. degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota. She is also a Registered Dietitian with the goal of using her nutritional knowledge to inform the work she does as a scientist in the food industry. She is particularly intrigued by dairy ingredients and their vast applicability across market segments due to unique functional and nutritional characteristics.
