In this two-and-a-half-hour event, Seth A. Ravin, Rimini Street Co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board and members of Rimini Street’s senior leadership team will present the company’s vision, products, market, business model, execution strategy and financial plan. The executives will also be available to answer questions in a Q&A session.

Seth A. Ravin CEO & Chairman of the Board Rimini Street Mr. Ravin is a 30-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the independent enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry. In 2010, Mr. Ravin was featured in Deal Architect CEO Vinnie Mirchandani’s new book, The New Polymath: Profiles in Compound-Technology Innovations, where he is credited with enacting a visionary, disruptive strategy for dramatically reducing the cost of information technology and ushering in a new era of customer choice. In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next-generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor’s annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft, and other enterprise software. Prior to his success in launching independent maintenance and support programs, Mr. Ravin was an executive with PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of the customer sales division. Earlier in his PeopleSoft career, Mr. Ravin held several senior roles of increasing global responsibility, including corporate director of customer services and programs and corporate manager of upgrades and installations. Mr. Ravin’s PeopleSoft responsibilities included worldwide release support policy; release retirement programs; account management; Y2K software update and readiness program management for thousands of licensees; and development and delivery of special support programs for customers with unique needs. To meet the needs of customers who wanted to run a mature software release for many additional years beyond the official supported life span of a release without mandatory upgrades, Mr. Ravin successfully designed and launched the enterprise software industry’s first specialized extended support programs for Fortune 500, public sector and midmarket organizations. Mr. Ravin also served as vice president of customer sales for Saba Software, Inc., worked in Russia on defense conversion programs, and worked in Washington, D.C. assisting the Clinton Administration with Congressional passage of the GATT global trade agreement in 1994. Mr. Ravin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Sebastian Grady President Rimini Street Mr. Grady is a 27-year veteran of the enterprise software industry with proven executive leadership experience. He has a strong track record in global customer service, enterprise software sales and marketing, enterprise software maintenance sales, and service delivery. Mr. Grady has led global enterprise software firms and has developed emerging high-growth technology start-ups into successful ventures. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Grady was president and COO at Altus Corporation, a provider of video search and management software for sales enablement. During his tenure at Altus, Mr. Grady was responsible for overseeing the company’s field operations. Under his leadership, Altus emerged as the leader in enterprise on-demand rich media solutions for sales enablement, events, and knowledge-sharing, with global clients including Oracle, SAP, Cisco, GM, IBM, and Symantec. Under Mr. Grady’s leadership, Altus experienced a 500-percent increase in revenue over a six-year period. Previously, Mr. Grady served as president and COO of Saba Software where he helped drive a 300-percent increase in revenue during his tenure. Prior to Saba, Mr. Grady held several executive positions at PeopleSoft, including most recently vice president and general manager of the $600 million Customer Sales Division, which grew to become the company’s largest and fastest-growing business unit. The Customer Sales Division included global enterprise software maintenance sales and telesales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Grady managed large information systems projects for Fortune 500 clients as a consulting manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mr. Grady earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
David Rowe EVP & Chief Marketing Officer Rimini Street Mr. Rowe is a 25-year veteran of the enterprise software industry with proven experience formulating, building, and marketing technology solutions for both large international software firms and high-growth technology start-ups. Mr. Rowe has been a featured speaker at technology and marketing conferences, discussing current trends in enterprise software and technology marketing. Mr. Rowe oversees all global marketing for Rimini Street as Executive Vice President. In this role, Mr. Rowe leads the product and go-to-market strategy for Rimini Street’s offerings, as well as all aspects of execution, including lead generation, demand generation, and marketing communications worldwide. In 2011, the CMO Institute named Mr. Rowe as one of the Top Chief Marketing Officers of 2010. Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Rowe was vice president of marketing and product management for Perfect Commerce, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand supplier relationship management solutions. During his tenure at Perfect Commerce, Mr. Rowe significantly grew the lead and prospect pipeline, improved product packaging, and pricing models, established Perfect as the most credible solution in the industry and implemented a product planning methodology linking company vision with product strategy and development processes. Previously, Mr. Rowe held other senior management positions in the enterprise software industry, including several senior management roles with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Rowe was director of strategic marketing, responsible for the strategy and business development for PeopleSoft’s eBusiness solutions division. Prior to his role with the eBusiness solutions division, Mr. Rowe was director of industry product marketing and strategy, and manager of supply chain product marketing and strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rowe spent several years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he concluded his tenure serving as senior manager directing custom system development, packaged system implementations, and business process reengineering projects. Mr. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
Gerard Brossard EVP & Chief Operating Officer Rimini Street Mr. Brossard is a technology industry executive with more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering significant financial results across multiple disciplines including strategy, P&L ownership, M&A, sales, large-scale management, and operations across global markets and start-ups. Mr. Brossard oversees all regional and product operations at Rimini Street, leading the company’s growth and global expansion across all enterprise software support solutions for all vendor applications and databases including Oracle, SAP, IBM, and Microsoft. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Brossard served as EVP and GM of Rackspace’s Global Solutions and Services where he had P&L responsibility for all products, solutions, and services. Previously, he was EVP and Managing Director, Enterprise, and Mid-Market at Earthlink where he had end-to-end P&L responsibility for the $400 million Enterprise and Mid-Market Business Unit. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brossard spent 24 years with Hewlett-Packard where he held various executive positions in France and then in the United States. His last role at HP was head of Strategy, Planning and Operations for HP’s $3 billion software business and GM and CEO of Rich Media Management Software and Solutions. Mr. Brossard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from External Sainte Marie de Lyon, France, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universite Claude Bernard in Lyon, France.
Kevin Maddock EVP, Global Sales – Recurring Revenue Rimini Street Mr. Maddock is a 26-year software support and technology industry veteran. Mr. Maddock oversees worldwide recurring revenue sales. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Maddock served as executive vice president of worldwide inside sales and operations for ServiceSource, the industry leader in outsourced maintenance renewal and sales for technology companies. Mr. Maddock served as a member of the executive team where he had overall global leadership and P&L responsibilities for building, scaling, and operating a 500-person sales organization that delivered more than $1 billion in service sales and a five-fold increase in revenue growth. Prior to ServiceSource, Mr. Maddock was vice president of worldwide support service sales at PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corporation) with responsibility for the development, strategic direction, and day-to-day leadership of a global sales organization. During Mr. Maddock’s tenure at PeopleSoft, he oversaw worldwide growth in annual support services revenue for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products from $250 million to more than $1.2 billion annually. Mr. Maddock’s responsibilities also included worldwide systems and processes for support renewal management and participation in the worldwide pricing model and release support policies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maddock held a management role with KPMG Consulting in its financial services strategy and operations division. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Maddock managed large software development and implementation projects at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) Mr. Maddock received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance with Honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Brian Slepko EVP, Global Service Delivery Rimini Street Brian Slepko is a 25-year enterprise software industry veteran with global operations experience in sales, support delivery, business operations, project management and quality systems. Mr. Slepko leads Rimini Street’s continued fast-paced growth and expansion in global service delivery operations. Mr. Slepko came to Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL), which he joined as part of Oracle’s acquisition of Agile Software. Mr. Slepko served as vice president, global maintenance revenue and sales operations for Agile Software and was responsible for developing Agile’s $56 million global maintenance revenue business, including all operational aspects of the Agile Software global sales organization. Earlier in his career, Mr. Slepko held various management positions with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, he served as director of operations for the customer sales division responsible for more than $1 billion in global annual maintenance revenue. Other positions included director of product support and corporate director of problem resolution, where Mr. Slepko led the redesign and improvement of the global infrastructure used to resolve customer-reported product issues and implemented consistent, measurable quality processes.
Mr. Slepko also served as director, sales operations for Ocular Sciences and began his career as a manager with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture [NYSE: ACN]), where he was responsible for managing large information systems projects for Fortune 500 customers in Andersen’s rapidly expanding telecommunications practice. Mr. Slepko holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
Daniel B. Winslow EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary Rimini Street Mr. Winslow, an accomplished lawyer with over 36 years of experience, leads Rimini Street’s global legal team and provides legal support to the board of directors and all global business units. Before joining Rimini Street, he served in the private sector and at a senior level in all three branches of state government. Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Winslow served as Chief Legal Counsel to then-Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, overseeing a team of more than 800 in-house and outside counsel, the largest legal practice in Massachusetts. He also was elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he served on the Joint Committee on the Judiciary and the House Ethics Committee, among other assignments. Previously, he spent eight years as a judge in the Massachusetts Trial Court. Mr. Winslow’s private sector experience includes trial, appellate, and dispute resolution practice at the international law firms of Duane Morris LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP, where he served as principal trial counsel in a wide range of disputes including commercial litigation, trademark and copyright litigation, regulatory compliance, telecommunications, banking, insurance, and entertainment law. Mr. Winslow’s experience encompasses complex cases, including intellectual property, alternative resolution of commercial disputes, state and federal administrative law, corporate compliance, consumer protection, products liability, and procurement. Mr. Winslow has been cited by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly newspaper as one of the 35 most influential lawyers in Massachusetts in the past 35 years. Recognized as a Super Lawyer in Massachusetts by Law & Politics magazine, Winslow also was named one of the nation’s Top 500 Trial Lawyers by Lawdragon Magazine. He has a AV rating from Mardindale-Hubbell. Mr. Winslow is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Society for Corporate Governance, among other professional organizations. Mr. Winslow received his B.A. from Tufts University magna cum laude with special honors, and graduated from Boston College Law School cum laude.
Michael L. Perica EVP and Chief Financial Officer Rimini Street Mr. Perica is a seasoned public company executive with 25 years of financial leadership and capital markets experience. At Rimini Street, Mr. Perica leads the finance strategy and execution for Rimini Street and its global subsidiaries, and is responsible for all financial operations of the Company including global financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue management, global treasury and tax, SEC reporting, finance systems and processes, audit, capital structure, capital markets activities, M&A and investor relations. Most recently, Mr. Perica served as vice president of finance and CFO of the $1.4 billion Energy Systems Global business unit at Enersys (NYSE: ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions, where he led finance, treasury, tax, legal and HR. Mr. Perica joined Enersys as the result of a $750 million acquisition, where he led the sell-side process as CFO of Alpha Technologies, a leading provider of power conversion equipment, services and software to the telecommunications, renewable and industrial sectors. Prior to the sale of Alpha Technologies to Enersys, as CFO of Alpha Technologies, Mr. Perica developed and executed a strategic financial plan that resulted in a five-year period of double-digit compounded annual revenue and EBITDA growth driven by services expansion and acquisitions. Prior to his tenure at Alpha Technologies, Mr. Perica served as CFO of Channell Commercial Corporation, a leading provider of outdoor enclosures and wire management solutions. Earlier, Mr. Perica spent 12 years at various Wall Street investment banks and concluded his capital markets career as senior vice president and head of research at Brean Capital (formerly Brean Murray, Carret & Co.). Earlier in his capital markets career, Mr. Perica led the technology, media and telecommunications practice at Kaufman Bros., led the technology practice at Gruntal & Co. and was a Zacks and Reuters top-rated analyst for communications equipment at Olde Financial Corp. where he advised client boards on IPOs, secondary offerings and other capital raise strategies and plans. Mr. Perica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Dean Pohl VP, Investor Relations Rimini Street Mr. Pohl is a 30-year finance veteran, with expertise in investor relations and capital markets. His multi-functional leadership experience includes research, management, and sales in both the information technology and professional services industries. Mr. Pohl serves as Vice President, Investor Relations at Rimini Street. He is responsible for the company’s financing and capital market activities, representing Rimini Street to the investment community and conveying investor feedback to senior management and the Board of Directors. Prior to his current role, Mr. Pohl led and supported various Rimini Street activities including the placement of a convertible preferred security, the 2017 merger with GP Investments Acquisition Corp. and IPO, and the placement of a credit facility. Previously, Mr. Pohl served over 20 years in the capital markets sector in portfolio management, financial planning and analysis, and counter party credit. His previous positions include Managing Director – Convertible Arbitrage, Relative Value, and Private Company Investments at Kellogg Capital Markets, and Portfolio Manager at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, a Goldman Sachs Company. Mr. Pohl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ferris State University.
