Jonathan McCoy

Product Manager, ResidentVision®, TransUnion

Jonathan McCoy plays an instrumental role in the development and deployment of TransUnion’s proprietary ResidentScore®, an industry-specific statistical model that predicts the likelihood of evictions and skips. He brings extensive experience in product development and operational management, as well as defining strategies and implementing processes that produce measurable results within organizations.

Prior to joining TransUnion’s Multifamily group, McCoy spent several years working in the healthcare space providing consultative services and deploying SaaS applications that allow providers to gain deeper patient insights.

Patience Hackler

Product Manager, TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions

Patience Hackler is the product manager of TransUnion’s suite of resident quality management products, primarily focused on ResidentScreening, ResidentID® and ResidentCredit®. Prior to her current role, Hackler spent four years supporting our customers as an account manager and brings that experience to her current role of developing solutions that improve the user experience and increase customer satisfaction. Prior to TransUnion, Hackler spent seven years in various account management roles, including leading fundraising campaigns for major healthcare non-profits. Hackler received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ball State University.
