 Charlotte Commarmond Vice President of Global Marketing Ingredion Charlotte Commarmond is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Ingredion, a Fortune 500 company that provides global ingredient solutions to customers in more than 120 countries with annual net sales of nearly $7 billion. Charlotte leads the Global Marketing team in its mission of advancing Ingredion’s speciality growth agenda, Ingredion brand recognition, thought leadership, and customer loyalty, as well as advancing marketing capabilities spanning insights, strategic marketing, marketing communications and digital marketing to build competitive advantage. Her responsibilities include identifying and validating new growth opportunities for the company as well as partnering with R&D to shape its innovation agenda. Charlotte is a member of the global Commercial Excellence Leadership Team and leads the Global Marketing Leadership Team. Charlotte started her career with Ingredion in 2001 and has held a series of marketing positions of increasing responsibility, including a global role based out of the Ingredion offices in Hamburg, and prior to her latest role, she led the Marketing, Technical and Regulatory teams in EMEA. Charlotte graduated with a master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol. She also holds an MBA from the Open University as well as postgraduate diplomas in Management from the Open University and in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
 Oscar Gutierrez Global Platform Leader, Starch-based Texturizers Ingredion Oscar Gutierrez, Global Platform Leader - Starch-based Texturizers is responsible for the design and execution of the global strategy for Starch-based Texturizers. His main objective is to drive top and bottom-line growth through capital investment, business development and new product initiatives in close collaboration with customers, GTM, operations and R&D teams. Oscar has been with Ingredion for 24 years in local, regional, and global roles in Mexico, Brazil and the US. He holds a bachelor’s degree and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA. Before joining Ingredion, Oscar worked at Henkel for eight years and at Sara-Lee for three years. Oscar is a family person, a passionate traveler, a persistent long-distance runner and a lover of nature and music.
 Dan Haley Global Platform Leader, Clean and Simple Ingredients Ingredion During his 20-plus years at Ingredion, Dan has held a number of customer-facing leadership roles, managing sales and technical teams working to meet the needs of retailers and customers across several leading clean label markets. Today, his primary focus is driving Ingredion's business and innovation strategy in Clean and Simple Ingredients, using proprietary research to ensure its alignment with consumer expectations.
 Lauretta-Lyn Katsriku Global Platform Leader, Nutrition, Health & Wellness Ingredion Lauretta Katsriku is a Global Platform Leader, responsible for the development and execution of the Nutrition, Health and Wellness business strategy at Ingredion. In her role, Lauretta is focused on developing innovative and sustainable ingredients to meet the growing demand for healthier food and beverage solutions. She uses a consumer-led approach that focuses on mobilizing functions across all platforms to provide relevant solutions to customers. She began her career as a food scientist and has over 15 years of business leadership experience, with roles in marketing and sales, working in multicultural environments. During her career she has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategy execution, and a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Lauretta holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Science and Technology (Ghana), a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Maryland (Eastern Shore), and an MBA from Duke University.
 Brian Nash Vice President of Corporate Sustainability Ingredion Brian Nash is the Vice President of Corporate Sustainability at Ingredion. Brian is responsible for driving transformational change in key growth areas – such as sustainable agriculture, human rights protection, and environmental impact reduction – across the company’s global operations and supply chain in collaboration with its global customers to meet their expectations. He joined Ingredion in 2005 as Safety, Health, and Environment Manager and later added sustainability into his role, establishing a strategic framework for executing the company’s global strategy for sustainability that manages the long-term risks and expectations with stakeholders. Brian chairs Ingredion’s Global Sustainability Council, which provides oversight for the company’s work in sustainable sourcing, environmental conservation, social accountability, community engagement and sustainability reporting in conjunction with third-party stakeholder and advocacy groups. He has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Indiana University, a master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Findlay, and a master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. Currently, Brian serves as a Global Ambassador for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and is an adjunct faculty member for Indiana University.
 Michael Natale Global Growth Platform Leader, Plant Based Proteins Ingredion Michael Natale has been a transformation leader in the Food & Beverage ingredients industry for the last 20 years. His current responsibilities are Global Platform Leader for Plant-based Proteins at Ingredion. Prior to his current role he was General Manager & Vice President managing the LATAM division for the largest US family-owned flavors and fragrance company, Bell Flavors & Fragrances. In this role he was an expat living in Guadalajara, Mexico, for 10 years where he successfully designed and implemented four Innovation Laboratories: two in Mexico; one in Colombia; and one in Brazil. He has served as a Board of Director member for the Flavor Extract Manufacturing Association, the Food Chamber Board for the state of Jalisco (CIAJ), and currently serves on the Every Company board, a precision fermentation protein company focused on animal-free egg proteins. His business focus has always been customer centered. He has an MBA major in Entrepreneurship and a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University. He resides in Chicago with his wife and four children.
 Nate Yates Global Platform Leader, Sugar Reduction Ingredion Nate Yates leads the Global Sugar Reduction Platform at Ingredion, and prior to that led the global stevia business and North America Sugar Reduction/Sweetness team. He has experience leading the North America Agribusiness team at Ingredion, Sales at Arcelor Mittal Steel, and Grain Trading at ADM.
 Jennie Milsom Commercial Content Editor and Host FoodNavigator-USA Jennie Milsom is Commercial Content Editor at FoodNavigator.
