As a resilience leader for more than 25 years, he has assisted companies in reducing the financial and reputational impacts associated with business disruptions and disasters. He was named a “Top 25 Consultant” by Consulting Magazine in 2003 and has spoken at leading resilience conferences, as well as authored more than 50 articles on risk and resilience-related topics.

Jeremy has always had a passion for helping organizations, governments, and people through crises. He began his career in resilience consulting in South Africa during the post-apartheid era, which was one of the most trying times for an African country. This period saw the emergence of novel resilience and security threats affecting African businesses that ranged from physical to virtual attacks. Jeremy has been recognized as an acclaimed international leader in the cyber and resilience industry. He was awarded the African Industry Personality of the Year from the London-based Business Continuity Institute (the BCI) for providing significant contributions to the industry. Jeremy truly believes in the value of people and has led three high-performing teams to win global “Team of the Year” awards by the London Business Continuity Institute. Jeremy was also awarded Denver’s 40 under 40 award for contributions to the local Colorado security industry. Over his 15+ year career, Jeremy’s leadership and practical experience includes building comprehensive security programs, leading managed security services, and building large resilience consulting teams. Jeremy has created security and resilience consulting methodologies for several large consulting houses and has delivered innovative security solutions to thousands of managed security clients across the globe. Recently, Jeremy established the first fully virtualized cloud-native 5G security capability on the globe, developing innovative patented solutions to secure virtualized 5G operations for both public and private sectors. During Jeremy’s time off in non-Covid19 times, his passion for adventure takes him camping in the Rocky Mountains and traveling to different parts of the world where he enjoys exploring new cultures and discovering new places with his wife and where possible his two pups.

James (Jay) Sartori, is an accomplished security executive with an established history of leadership, program development, and project management in both domestic and international organizations. Jay has spent over 20 years developing and managing risk-based security and pre-employment screening programs to ensure compliance with internal security policies and federal regulations. Jay currently manages the Security Intelligence, Executive Security, Threat Management, Workplace Violence Investigations, and Travel Security programs at Santander Bank. Jay is a Command Sergeant Major (retired) with over 29 years in the United States Army as a Military Police Non-Commissioned Officer. Jay served in Operation Noble Eagle, Operations Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jay served five consecutive command tours at the battalion and brigade level as a Command Sergeant Major.
