 Matt Vargo Strategic Product Manager, Residential Product Management Carrier Matt Vargo has been developing and supporting Carrier’s innovative product line for the last 12 years. Starting with 8 years in the Residential Engineering Development team, he has a deep technical understanding of the HVAC product and uses that information to guide decisions when developing and launching new product. Further supporting his technical background, he spent an additional 4 years learning and advocating customer needs while leading the Voice of Customer team in the Residential Quality Department. Now he uses his versatile background to bring all of his customers’ needs to the forefront of project planning in his role as the Strategic Product Manager for the Carrier Residential Product Marketing department. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University focusing on thermal systems.
